Perhaps my favorite part of the entire conference experience was getting this gift from @bradleyjholcomb. It’s his “customer focused product delivery system” back from 1992 during his time at Kodak. It’s going up on my office wall and will remind me to continue to make big bold bets, listen to your customers, keep your team involved, and most importantly, sometimes the best way to scratch and engineering itch is to draw a nerdy process maps!
